Terms and Conditions (Updated November 8, 2010)
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all photography sessions and services provided by The Studio Concept, herein referred to as "TSC".
A. Per the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, TSC retains all ownership of images taken by our photographers. Images may not be reproduced without the written consent of TSC. The client may, without conflict, post images in web galleries or online portfolios. The client may not reproduce or distribute images for the purpose of publication or any situation resulting in monetary gain without the written consent of TSC.
B. Sessions are booked on a "first come, first serve" basis. Online booking requests must be approved and confirmed. If the requested appointment time is not available, TSC will contact the client with alternative session times. Acceptance of an appointment shall serve as a binding agreement between TSC and the client.
The client agrees to arrive at TSC Studios promptly at the time approved. Due to the private nature of client sessions, clients may not be permitted to enter the studio more than 15 minutes prior to their appointment time. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, TSC reserves the right to cancel the appointment. In the event of cancellation due to late arrival, TSC will offer alternative appointment times to the client.
If the client should need to cancel their appointment, TSC must be notified no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. TSC will accept notification via phone, email or voice mail. Failure to notify of cancellation prior to 24 hours will be considered a "no call, no show" occurrence.
Clients who miss their appointments without notification will also be considered a "no call, no show". Clients who have been considered a "no call, no show", will be required to pay the full balance of appointment fees for future booking requests.
C. All photo sessions are private. Only the subject(s) being photographed and 1 (one) escort may be present during the session. Escorts must be 18 years of age or older. If it is necessary for other persons to attend the session, TSC must authorize their attendance prior to the session. TSC reserves the right to cancel and reschedule client appointments under this policy. Escorts and other authorized persons may not be permitted into the area of photography. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to be present for client photo sessions or on the premises unless they are being photographed and are accompanied by a legal guardian.
D. The client will receive all images from their photo session via email link for the purpose for viewing and selection. Viewing and selection links will remain available for a period of 14 days. The images in this link are proof images only and are NOT authorized for release in any capacity including but not limited to online portfolios, picture galleries, forums, etc. Clients may download the proof images or request a CD of proof images. There will be a $15 charge for proof images on CD. The client will then choose the specified number of images they would to have retouched. Images can be submitted to info@thestudioconcept.com or by calling 404-954-2414. The client will receive the retouched images via email 7-10 business days from the date the image choices were submitted. As a policy, TSC only permits the limited release of retouched images (see section A). If the client would like additional images retouched in addition to the specified number, TSC will retouch the requested image5 at a charge of $11 per image.
E. Images will be retouched to correct minor blemishes on the face or body, minor imperfections to clothing or props in the image & color correction. Any request for retouching outside of the scope described will require an additional fee of $15 per image.
F. The "TSC" logo and watermark, the "Who Shot Ya" slogan, the "Photographer G14" logo, the "B. Breezy" logo and all images and graphics contained within this website domain are the property of The Studio Concept Photography and may not be reproduced or removed from images or distributed without our consent.
